Service Description
Course Description & Requirements: ICA First Aid Academy offers Basic Life Support (BLS) Course designed for healthcare providers and public safety professionals. It trains participants to respond to life-threatening emergencies using high-quality CPR, AED use, and team-based response techniques. Participant requirements: - Participants must be at least 16 years old by the date of the course. - Must complete both online and in-person portions - The in-person component takes approximately 2-3 hours. - Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all components and skills assessments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled course will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled course. No refunds will be granted. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the class date is allowed but will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. If a participant is a "no-show", no refunds will be granted, and rescheduling will require a $50 fee. Registering for a class that is within 72 hours of the course date is considered a final sale and is non-refundable.
