Service Description
Course Description & Requirements: ICA First Aid Academy offers the Babysitter Training Course designed for individuals who want to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to responsibly care for children and infants. The course covers safety protocols, basic child care, emergency response, communication, and professional conduct. Participant requirements: - Participants must be at least 11 years old by the date of the course. - Must complete both online and in-person portions - Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course modules and demonstration of skills. - The in-person session is approximately 2-3 hours long and is required for course completion.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled course will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled course. No refunds will be granted. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the class date is allowed but will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. If a participant is a "no-show", no refunds will be granted, and rescheduling will require a $50 fee. Registering for a class that is within 72 hours of the course date is considered a final sale and is non-refundable.
